You will find how to make a simple colored light effect using only your default photoshop tools.
C o l o r e d L i g h t
Step 1 Open up a image or your graphic.
Step 2Make a new layer ONTOP of your image.
Step 3Select any color and then go to the brush tool and select a default photoshop brush.
Step 4 Now take your brush and start drawing lines on your image. In other words doodle.
Step 5 Now go filter -->blur-->motion blur and change the postion of the angle into which way you want the light to go in. Now play around with the distance.
Step 6 You have successfully made light streaks if you wanna add diiferent colored streaks then repeat steps 2- 5. Now decorate it add brushes, text, textures whatever you like!
